Our Team
Anita Redwood and Michael Redwood are the Directors of Whytecliffe Ltd and founded the Company in 1988.
Both homes employ a Manager to oversee the day to day running of the service and delivery of quality care, support and treatment for all of the residents. Each house employs a team of Registered Nurses, Care Staff and Domiciliary Staff to ensure that the home and residents are well cared for.
We also employ an Office Administrator in each home and an in-house Training Manager who oversees staff induction, mandatory and ongoing training and development across both sites. Our recruitment processes are robust and all employees are subject to strict pre-employment checks prior to commencing work with us and all recruitment is overseen by the Managers.
Nikki Godden – Manager of Arundel Park Lodge has worked in the social care sector for 32 years and has been with the Company for many years, she joined the team as the Manager in January 2017.
Paul Cartwright – Manager of Glentworth House has worked in the social care sector for 25 years and joined the Company as the Manager in February 2020.
