Communicationg residents needs

The critical part of communicating with our residents and staff is providing the opportunity for people to communicate in the manner in which they are most comfortable and fluent. For this reason, we have developed a communication strategy with the intention that every resident will be confident and willing to express their opinions through at least one of these communication channels.

Having established how our residents would prefer to communicate with us, we will ask their opinion, listen to their responses and act accordingly – no one can guide and influence us better than the people who live in and use our services.

We positively encourage interaction and communication between residents and the local community services by trying to create and maintain a lifestyle that would have been enjoyed at home – such as involvement with charities, library services, etc. as well as utilising professional services such as dental, chiropody, physiotherapy and other services locally.
