The Whytecliffe Group of Care Homes

Whytecliffe Ltd offers care and support to older people with age related illnesses such as dementia, strokes and other difficulties associated with old age. We also offer care and support to younger individuals when an assessment of needs confirms that the service is suitably designed to facilitate care. As such, our homes are diverse and promote a wide range of support and treatment.

Our homes offer levels of care including Nursing, End of Life Care and short term Respite Care. Our aim is to assess and support all people, wherever possible, irrespective of their needs.

We are the parent company of two care homes:

  • Arundel Park Lodge in Saltdean
    Glentworth House in Hove

At Whytecliffe we listen to and involve each individual in our support and care services, as no one guides and influences us better than you. Together we create opportunities for everyone to achieve their own personal goals. The resident is the priority to all that we do at Whytecliffe, and delivering high quality care and service is our top priority.

We work closely with local authorities including Brighton and Hove City Council, Primary Care Trusts and NHS Trusts and are committed to building partnerships that are focused on constant service improvements to meet the needs of individual people which are in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.

Cannot find fault with this nursing home at all. The staff are brilliant. It is extremely well run.My wifehas spent the last 18 months here and her general health and wellbeing have improved beyond recognition. If I ever need to go into a nursing home myself, I hope it is as good as this one.
Husband of a resident
Arundel Park is a nursing home that is run, both in an efficient and relaxed manner. The staff are all very loving towards my mother. The staff at the nursing home have become a family for my mother, she get so much attention. The medical attention she receives is amazing, which makes my Mum feel secure and safe.
Daughter of a resident
My father has been resident at Arundel Park Lodge about 3 months now. The standard of his care is excellent. He is always clean, presentable, has been given a shave and haircut. He enjoys the food that is served very much. Entertainment is provided in the afternoons in the form of bingo, quizzes, talks etc so all residents get involved. At Christmas, every resident received a present. On my father’s birthday, a cake was made and everyone wished him a happy birthday and sang happy birthday.
